At Epsom Primary we believe in strong beginnings.
Our Early Years curriculum is carefully designed to equip children with the skills and knowledge they need to approach future learning with confidence.We understand that starting school or nursery is a big step for children and their families, and we are here to make that transition as smooth as possible.Our strong approach to reading and phonics meant that 86% of our children passed the phonics screening check* providing them with the skills they need to suceed in education and beyond.*(national pass rate 2025 80%)
Our new EYFS provision opens in September 2025, bringing our Nursery provision from 2-4 years and Reception classes into one place. Our exciting new space provides an engaging Early Years environment where children develop the confidence, skills and curiosity they need to thrive.
