E-Safety

Computer games can be good for children as it improves their problem solving skills. However, the minimum age for some of these games are higher than the age of primary school children. This is because many of the games have a chat function, which means that your child could be talking to anybody.
As technology progresses into children's every day lives, we regularly address current security and privacy threats that your child may encounter and what to do in the unlikely event.

We openly discuss the topic of E-Safety in class assemblies as well as providing tips for parents to ensure continuity and promote a healthy relationship with technology in our monthly newsletter.
